By accessing the lakiplay Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by lakiplay may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account and forfeiture of any Funds held therein pending investigation.
Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. lakiplay employs age verification procedures at registration and reserves the right to conduct additional checks at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all Funds forfeited.
To access the full features of the lakiplay Platform, you must register an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the lakiplay Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. lakiplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify lakiplay immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. lakiplay reserves the right to suspend your Account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access.
lakiplay reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
All transactions on the lakiplay Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). lakiplay does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and QR Ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund your Account or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. lakiplay reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
lakiplay reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, lakiplay will notify you of the delay and the reason therefor to the extent permitted by applicable law.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lakiplay Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of lakiplay.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lakiplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
lakiplay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
lakiplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude lakiplay's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your lakiplay Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Funds in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your preferred payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
lakiplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if lakiplay reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In such cases, lakiplay reserves the right to withhold any Funds pending investigation.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact lakiplay's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. lakiplay will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
lakiplay reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, lakiplay will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the lakiplay Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
